Forums - Gaming Discussion - Rayman Legends delay gives us 30 new levels + several new bosses

Well at least the delay will result in a better game for my money.

Still its going to be much harder purchase come September when who know what else will be available for my money. Whereas in Feb it was a done deal, day one.

I'm curious as to how this will pan out. Given the Wii U game drought, Rayman would have gotten huge sales on Wii U prior to the delay. By this September there will be a lot more choices for Wii U owners and the PS3/360 market was already crowded.

You are welcome WiiU owners.

oh sorry where are my manners...thankyou Rafux. I am forever in your debt. I realise you are the sole person in the entire univers to thank for this remarkable turn of events and that without you (above all others) it never would have happened. I have converted part of my house into a shrine in your honour. thank you sooo much.

Good boy.

Ubisoft: I'm sorry. Here's a cookie.
Customer: Mmmm... Cake.

But how many of those 30+ levels are good? Hmm?

THANKS TO Miiverse, Ubisoft realized what they did, so they decided to release all of their games on Wii U giving Rayman something more.

If a person really wanted the game then, why would the all of a sudden not want it no more? Is there anything coming out around that time cause as far as I know its just Zelda remake and maybe Yoshi?

Is this exclusive to the Wii U version, or will they be featured in all versions?

Either way, I'll be picking this game up on my 360. No point in spending $300 on a console that plays the exact same games that a soon-to-be 8 years old console can.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Most gamers don't have infinite income. The release schedule gets heavy during that time of year. Nintendo tends to hold things closer to the vest under Iwata. Under Yamauchi they announced games years before release.  There present modus operandi is different. E3 will yield titles that will be coming ou later this year. Ubisoft is risking another Beyond Good & Evil situation. A really good game that got buried under the glut of major releases.

Because exclusives don't exist...
