Good for us too, since Ubisoft usually makes good games. Getting Watch_Dogs on WiiU for sure, have to look into the others .

Hate to burst your bubble but Ubisofts multiplat development will end for the Wii U unless its exclusive after all the multiplat games for the end of the gen are over. Mark my words and when next year the multiple drought occurs, remember you read it here first.

Its kind of common sense, but I'll take it!

Isn't Wiiu getting Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 6 too?

It is rumored and I think it comes from the same source that leaked Watch Dogs for Wii U.

In a world where games can sell 4 million units and still be called a failure, how long will it take 3rd party publishers to stop making multiplats for 360 and PS3? Publishers need that userbase and that revenue just to recoup costs on titles developed for 7th generation graphics. UE4 isn't going to make that any cheaper.

The PS4 and the next Xbox are going to face the same problem Wii U has: Why should I buy a new console when new games are still being released on PS3 and 360?

But... but... but... WiiU haz no gamez!

LOL, good thing. Seems not be a game I'm personally interested in, but every game is good news. I will buy Watchdogs instead.

Yup, and it should also be noted that multiplatform games are likely to be 720p native on the Wii U and 1080p native on the PS4 and 720. That's half the processing power needed before you even think about adjusting AA, draw distance and pop-in.

When the Wii U has an installed userbase over 10m before the end of the year you'll see plenty of publishers adopting the Wii U when cross-generation development is over.

In terms of power all 3 consoles are in the same sort of ballpark like they were during the 6th generation with the Wii U being the PS2 equivalent, the 720 being the GameCube equivalent and the PS4 being the Xbox equivalent. In terms of eye candy quality you'll see the same sort of difference between PC Medium settings and High or Very High settings. The Wii U should have an installed userbase over 10m before the end of the year and publishers that want to stay in business won't leave that money on the table.

Devs being interested in the Wii U is not the problem and I am sure they will be for exclusive experiences but after a year and a half the multiplats that were planned for the PS3/360/Wii U the support will die down and it will start from the top down in terms of developer name value. Devs being interested in the Wii U as a multiplat option is basically off of the table once all of the last gen games are over and done with. They will wait until the first year of the next gen consoles is over and then go full multiplat on 720/PS4.
