Rock Band DLC is awesome, and quite reasonably priced. And like rocketpig said, if you don't like the song, you don't have to get it. I'd rather be able to pick and choose what to add to the library, rather than buying an entire disc full of songs when I only like maybe half of them (if I'm lucky). I've already downloaded 15 songs for Rock Band, and plan to continue to add more as they become available.
