Genesect is suppose to be his nemesis in this new movie. It would very funny if it was a "super saiyan" form of mewtwo but the Pokemon site says he is indeed a new pokemon

i think it's a clone of both, like an attempt to bend both the clear mew dna and the modified mewtwo's dna into one being, and it is not mewtwo, according to Pokemon it's ''a mysterious new Pokémon who looks curiously similar to the Legendary Mewtwo''

hmm, looks better in motion than the pic I saw.

But what I'm impressed about the most is the moves. They look great, I love how its not just a slash across teh screen or nothing, but you see the attack head towards and hit the pokemon

This is most likely an alternate form of Mewtwo, not some fusion or evolution. (otherwise it would be beyond uber ).
