Ur saying in any given generation there wasnt a console u spent more time playing than others? Because thats all this thread is about, for example if during the 6th gen u owned a ps2 and xbox but u owned over 20 ps2 games and only 5 xbox games then ps2 would be your prinary console that gen.

if you view it like that, given by how many games i bought for each console yes you could say i have a main console, but that is not how i view it i view by how much fun i am having while playing my consoles/PC i only buy good games so by that logic i have had the same amount of fun from each of the consoles i have owned.
an example:
in the PS1 and N64 Era there were a lot of games for the PS1 while there were not quite as many for the N64, but i had an equal amount of fun from both consoles, they saw an equal amount of use.

All consoles have great games. That isn't what is asked. What is asked is which console did you game the most on. Regardless of the quality of the fun you had on them.

I might have misread the OP then.
NES and Master System = NES saw the most use
SNES and Mega Drive = SNES saw the most use
PS1 and N64 = Equal Amount // Original GB saw a lot of use here
PS2 and Gamecube = Equal amount // GBA saw a lot of use here
Wii, PS3 = both Equal. Xbox 360 = Less used // DS saw a lot of use here
During the last 2 Generations i have been an avid PC Gamer as well
current gen is currently:
Wii U = only one out yet so it cannot be any other way. // got a 3DS which i play frequently
But i still don't see any of my consoles as primary or secondary.
