Seems MS may have changed their minds on the used game thing.  Well, unless they have some kind of special deal for Gamestop to make up for it.

Rumors from the same people who were proven 100% right about the PS4.  So yea, I think it's safe to say MS was toying with the idea.  Still might be.

They may or may not be at the moment. Until it is confirmed by MSFT it is all just rumors and speculation.

Both Microsoft and Sony are and will continue to toy with that idea. It really all boils down to when they will implement it. 

Also didn't those rumors say some stuff that turned out not to be true?
