In other words, Luigi's shipments still cannot keep up with demand, and Muramasa didn't have much to begin with. This affects their ranking. One Piece is holding the top here because it has massive supply. Not sure why Nintendo isn't shipping more copies of Luigi after declaring year of Luigi...

I doubt it. The user gaming market is far too large for them to be able to afford that. By this point, it'll be easy to find used copies of the game.

nintendo needs to start showing digital sales so we kno how games are doing!

Dungeon Travellers 2 revealed they have sold over 6k copies digital. So that's about an x25 ratio to PSN ratings. However it is a PSP game, which sell less digitally than Vita games.
