This is why I'll be buying a 720 next gen to get all those Nintendo games

that's the megaton sony has for e3, gdc wasn't the right time to announce such a deal with nintendo because they only negotiated the deal at gdc.

they can't coexist as one. Things happened as they had, that is all. People talk about Nintendo being arrogant but Sony is also japanese, they share the same principles. No one can deny Nintendo work its ass to get where they are, even if they are having problems right now. Iwata is not part of Yamauchi's family, so they now it was time to change. They are trying, the transition is painful, but it is not ever yet.

Nintendo's principles on video game industry are not all that wrong, their systems need to be accessibles to everyone that want to game, the games need to be as fun and deep as they can, the first party library need to be as wide as it can. They made mistakes in the past, but at the same time they maintaned a control over a young industry that led themselves to the crash in 1983. They maintained a steady insertion of games when everybody though games were not that good enough. Things happened as they should, and that is all. They set the bar for good games from third party publishers. 

Again, Nintendo made mistakes under Yamauchi power, now Iwata is trying to change that. Wiiware and DSware policies were not bad compared to other companies. What was wrong was the capacity developers have to design their games, 45MB for Wii ware games was really low. But that about not giving developers money after their games sold an specific amount of quantity was not a Nintendo idea. On the other hand, developers that had nothing to do with Nintendo is the 90's are complaining about Nintendo's policie, when in reality they were not around at that time. 

I don't know, I see Nintendo changing, but others seem to recall the past when the past is the past, it is what make peoples grow stronger. 

Lets wait and see if the WiiU gets any before we panic ;P
