definitely the "I live in the real world" option. I can't remember the last time I finished a game by my self.

I do play a lot with friends though.

I LOVE ICELAND!

I've got a full time job, but no girlfriend!

I game most nights for a couple of hours and complete 75% of them. and replay all my faves. (Mass Effect, Dead Space, Zelda, Kid Icarus etc)

Its probably the reason I have no girlfriend haha

As a WiiU owner I read all these posts bitchin' about lack of games etc etc. Don't you guys live real lives? How many hours can you afford to play in a week? I am a busy professional who have enough money to afford every AAA title in every console if I wanted to, but do not have the time ! So for me it is irrelevant whether there are AAA titles every month. All I need is a quality game to keep me occupied once a while. I mean, I never finished a game apart from Advance Wars and a couple of Pokemon titles...

When someone complains that the Wii U lacks games what they really mean is it lacks the games they want. They haven't playe dall the Wii U games and run out of games to play. They may have only played one and have nothing else to play because the limited Wii U games aren't what they want or they already played them on other systems like Mass Effect 3 and Batman AC.

Working full time does limit our ability play games, but playing for an hour a night and a few hours on the weekedn still lets us finish plenty of games a year. When the Wii U gets a 3D Mario, Zelda sequel, Metroid FPS, on-rails Star Fox, or a Mario Kart people will complain less.

Just because you found one AAA game to play, doesn't mean that game is what everyone else with Wii U's wants to play.

College student and part-time job here. I mostly only play games at night and weekends, it's just a hobby for me. I sometimes spend a couple of months finishing one game, very rarely I finish a game in just a couple of days (like Bioshock Infinite for example).

Listen to me and listen to me good: YOU ARE A CASUAL GAMER. Most of here, are not.

Video games, like any other recreational activity, can take priority. What I mean is, probably all of us have real lives to deal with but we LOVE video games. We want lots and lots to play and to experience and we make time to play, while handling life like a boss. Also, we like having option, not having to buy specific games cause that's all that is being developed.

Also, your poll is crap.

I just checked out and it seems like I've finished 30 games in the last 30 months... don't know where you are coming from but it should not be hard to beat a game a month if you play around four or five hours every week like me, since I'm fairly averagely skilled.

Thats a loaded poll. The answer that isnt there is: I have a real life, i buy games on the cheap, and i dont have time to play them so i have a huge backcatalog.

Pretty much this and i go 5 times a week to the gym and meet a lot of girls(Daygame look it up) if the weather isn't that garbage as it is right now(snowing in end of march?da fuck?)

I buy a lot of games but i play maybe half or less of them.
Actually i complain a lot about how easy and short games became compared to previous Gens but it helps me to finish them cause i really don't have the time and patience anymore.
Sometimes i invest in games a lot of time for big releases i want to "nerd the crap out" like Diablo 3,Path of Exile and stuff but most of the time i set priorities and even those i only play rarely after 2-3 weeks.
Some games i buy to support the developer or for a backlog when im sick or play them 1 hour or so a week or before i go to bed like i did with NiNoKuni.

Games like God of War Ascension,Tomb Raider,Bioshock Infite are finished in one sitting these days.
Its snowing, raining and whatever outside so i don't have right now the interest in going outside and chilling besides the Gym.
This is gaming weather - Next Game i will surely buy and play is the Last of Us.

The NextGen with the PS4 and PC will be expensive.
I already have so much on the list i want to own but im not sure yet how many of those games i will play.

One reason i love twitch.tv - I can watch the games getting played while falling asleep <3

How did you finishe Tomb Raider in one sitting? My end time was 21 1/2 hours. It took me a week and a half to finish it. I didn't even go after all the challenges or artifacts and journals. I did do all the tombs, but they were short compared to the rest of the game. I don't consider it a short game. It seemed to go by fast because it's so damn good. But time flies when your playing the best game of the year.

If I had more money, I would buy more games. I'm always replaying games I've already beaten because I don't have money to afford more. That being said, I'm a poor student who can play games, pass exams and go out with friends almost every weekend. I don't get OP's point with this thread.

The OP's point seems to be that Wii U owners should play the few Wii U games there are and not want more because if you want more than you're playing too many games and if you're playing too many games than you have no life.

What the OP's fails to see is that Wii U owners want more games to choose from because the selection is too limited.
