For me it was the wii. I'm not a fan of the motion controls. I couldn't see those motion controls being the future of gaming at all. I enjoyed some sport games on wii, and Mario kart was a lot of fun. But when it came to games like call of duty or Zelda, I just didn't like the motion controls. I wasn't too fond of the controls in Super Mario Galaxy either. The only two Zelda games I have never beaten are Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. I stopped playing Twilight Princess half way through. I couldn't take it anymore. And I never even bothered with Skyward Sword because of motion controls. I wish they would have also gave us the option to use a GameCube remote, that would have made a world of difference to me.

you could have bought the GC version

I do have the gamecube version of Twilight Princess, just bought it last month. I plan on getting back to that game soon. But there is no Skyward Sword Game Cube version :(

surprised it took so long, I never bought the Wii version of TP, but maybe you didnt own a GC? You're just f****d for SS honestly you're not missing much anyway.

Actually, I do own aGame Cube. It's one of my favorite Nintendo consoles. I still have lots of games and a gameboy player attached to it. Eternal Darkness is still one of my favorite games! I just never got around to buying TP for GC because I was upset at the wii version.

you let the wii version kill your enjoyment of the game? Interesting. IMHO you kinda had no buisness buying the Wii version in the first place. the writings were on the wall.

Actually the writing on the wall wasn't so clear then. If I remember correctly, this was an early game for the wii. One of the first games I bought. When I purchased  it, I had no opinion on motion controls. And it is my business buying a game for a system that I just spent $250+ on. I'm pretty sure this was the first game I bought along with mario galaxy, I'm going to look up release dates.

It was annouced as a GC game first? Im not sure but im sure knowing that it was essestianlly just a port or the GC game which meant to me that the controls were going to be tacked on...and they were which is why i just but the Cube version.

It was announced for the Game Cube first, but i was more excited about the wii version at the moment. I knew I was buying the wii day 1. And as a huge Zelda fan, I was really happy to see this game around launch time.

it was the opposite for me, i wasnt that hyped for Wii and I knew the Wii version of Zelda was gonna be some tacked on BS, and when i played the version at Gamestop it all but confirmed it for me.

Who the hell SNES? Really? I was Sega fanboy and even i knew how good SNES was. must be trolling.

I'm not familiar with Virtual Boy so am not qualified to make a call on it. I have played and enjoyed most of the others but the worst, for me, is undoubtedly the wii.

All the gameboys were cool. I've only owned the Wii and it kinda sucks. I'm sure I would say Virtual boy but I've never played it.

Wii......dreadful, dreadful, ummm.......just dreadful

It's a toss up between GameCube and Wii, but I like Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 so much and Donkey Kong Country Returns was nice, so I take the Wii by a hair.

Loved F-Zero GX on the GCN, but didn't care much for Mario Sunshine.

i´ll just say that i love the wii, since a lot of people seem to dislike it. Come on, one console where you can play all the wii masterpieces (galaxys, both zeldas, the best version of RE4, MHtri, etc), all gamecube games (wind waker, metroids, REmake, etc) and most of the best games of NES, SNES, N64. oh yeah but people count in things like RAM, HD and crap like that
