We all love Nintendo. We are on a forum dedicated to their handheld. We all have our personal favorite Nintendo system, the question is, what is our least favorite Nintendo system?

When has Nintendo most disappointed you? When did they drop the ball for you? Whether it be low software quality, hardware quality, etc.

For me it was the Wii. Nintendo almost lost me for good with the Wii. It is, to me, the most pathetic attempt in the company's history. Limited amount of first party and third party titles, terrible controller, games were 7 shades of ugly, no online. It produced 2 bad Metroid games, and 2 bad Zelda games. No star fox or F-zero, and no real surprises. To top it all off, it had a plethora of casual garbage.

So, what is your least favorite Ninty console. 
(only do consoles that you owned at their time, you can't just say NES because you don't like playing the games on the virtual console)
EDIT: No 3DS or Wii U either. Their lifecycles are far from done, so you really can't say.

Without a shadow of a doubt, It is the Nintendo Wii.

Too much casually, the poor capabilities that makes it technologically a 6th gen console, not a lot of good 3rd party games and that goddamn WiiMote!!

Game boy. I love even virtual boy (I won't play it). The only game I played on game boy was metroid 2 and I loved it but that's all for me.. One game. I don't like the game boy.

I haven't played the Virtual Boy, which I assume is the absolute worst.

Man, this is tough. All of those systems are great. I guess I'll go with Game Boy, only because its library isn't quite as outstanding as NES, SNES, N64, GBA, GCN, DS, and Wii.

Virtual Boy, despite that it was actually very fun to play, it didn't offer much aside from how the games looked different and in 3D. Also, it had almost no games. Like... 12 or so.

Off-topic, but my favorite would be the Wii. Innovative controller and awesome games all around.

Wii everything about it just felt halfassed, barely more powerful than GC, the Wiimote, innovative my ass, their was motion tech games before that and just like the ones before it, it was mediocore at best, flat out didnt work at worst. The online...Ninty didnt even try. Did we really need so much WiiSports/Fit and Just dance knockoffs? There are only so many games that could be made with that subject material.

I dont care what anyone says IMHO the first party was probably one of the worst. WiiSeries does nothing for me, for reasons with the wiimote i already mentioned and they all felt shallow. TP was a multiplat SS was not all that and IMHO might be the worst of the 3d Zeldas. Yes i know it saw the return of 2d Mario to the console but that doestn mean anything to me when it isnt a better game than 3 or World, just save my money and play one of those again. Brawl that online was atrocious. Mario Kart, they took the challenge out to make it more accesible, i get it. but ill stick to DD then. Really the only franchies that were better to me, was Sin and Punishment and 3d Mario. The only game that i really enjoyed was GE and that got a better port on the HDs anyway.

For me, I voted for the Gameboy Color. I'ts the only console that did'nt give me a ''wow'' effect when I got mine.

I think I also have that negative impression of it cause it probably did'nt give me much more enjoyment that the original GameBoy and it felt like crap after the vastly superior (imo) Gameboy Advance.

But least favorite does'nt mean I did'nt like it by any means. I also was close picking the Wii, but what saved it was the fact that Nintendo gave us amazing games for it. Sure their were far between, but the good games were masterpieces imo, Nintendo made some of it's best content on that system. Also the Wii gave me a amazing first impression when I first got it (thx to Twilight Princess).
