Itawa or Reggie probably...

This one. If the Wii U doesn't pick up to go from 100 mill down to "no one cares" is a dramatic drop that may result in heads rolling.

I don't see him going in the short term though. Even after missing their lowered estimated targets for the quarter, they'll probably give Iwata the benefit of the doubt. If the holiday season continues this trend however, I doubt they'll be as forgiving.

Iwata.

Can't be Ballmer. Windows 8 products are booming.

True, although investors may start kicking up a shit storm if the lower estimate is missed - is it possible to assign blame in the short term to someone else?

It's not so much about blame, Iwata will probably admit he's at fault for many of Wii U's initial problems. Nintendo's investors and board of directors don't seem to be very aggressive though, no one was fired after the 3DS launch debacle after all. That's why I think they'll be willing to let things slide at least until the holidays, when 3DS picked back up. If he can't turn things around for Nintendo's most crucial time of the year though, he'd probably step down on his own before getting the axe from the board.

I wouldn't shed tears if Iwata or Reggie were given the axe, their performance over the last two years has been just awful.

You people are kidding yourselves, seriously... Iwata isn't going anywhere. He hinted that he may resign next January if they don't meet their goal of $1 billion profit. But that's next January, and since Nintendo makes most of it's money during the 4th quarter, we won't know if they did it or not until January 2014.

So all this ridiculous "OMG it should be Iwata, Nintendo is doing terrible lulz" is just silly. It's not realistic.

Iwata, when they see that WiiU fails to live up to expectations

Other than that, I don't know. Certainly not Bobby Kotick (unfortunately)

Yes, alas in real world die young whom the gods love, but villains live long and prosper...

The Capcom CEO probably for what he did to all their franchises
He is probably even worse than Wada cause he turned Resident Evil into Call of Gears of War while even dissing the whole Fanbase and saying they aren't worth the effort and the CoD Community is more important.

On the other side Deep Down looks pretty nice
In some way i want to see how they will change NextGen cause they said they made mistakes(unlike Wada) and maybe they will crawl back to Sony like everyone does...
but on the other side with a fresh guy the chance is probably somehow bigger as with the current one

Bobby Kotick...Well he does everything right for the company.
They make with the least amount of effort ever done in the gaming industry the most money.
He is just the pure evil and one of the 3 reasons gaming is on a downfall or rather was the reason why we went into this direction(everyone wants to copy CoD)...He was the first step to the downfall of many other franchises.

and the Capcom guy can go as well for letting himself be moneyhatted by Nintendo, and thus not releasing MH Vita and RE Vita.

Capcom's leadership could use a change for several reasons but putting MH on 3DS was one of he few things he got right. The Vita's performance out side of Japan is plain terrible.

And why do you think Vita had such a hard time? Nintendo moneyhatted Capcom to get Monster Hunter and to make sure MH wouldn't be on Vita so as to strip the wings from it from the very start. They also got sega to make a Hatsune Miku game in early 2012 to make people think the series had shifted sides too. On WiiU you have the pathetic Ninja Gaiden Razor's Edge and Rayman cases too. All they do is just pilfering games and deceiving people to hurt the competition. They need to go down for this and Iwata is first on the line.
