It deserves the great reviews! I didn't even touch the game for two days because Monster Hunter was sucking up all my time and I thought compared to that it might blow but when I got around to play it the game totally sucked me in and blew me away. Can't decide which game to do next right now.

This only seems to confirm my partially paranoid theory that only portable ports of home console games get unanimous praise on handheld platforms, while great original content gets less unanimous praise than a home console release of equivalent quality. I'm thoroughly enjoying this game and sincerely hope Nintendo add Next Level to their roster of first party studios.
