They could be translating the English version of Project Diva that won't ever be released back into Japanese for a rerelease.

You can download vc 2 not 3 but you have to download it to your ps3 from the psp section of the ps store and then upload it to your vita.  Don't know why it isn't on the vita store unless they're about to announce the trilogy for it??

Err... it doesnt work like that at all in europe. You just go to the Playstation shop in your Vita and buy it on the PSP section + download and start enjoying it.

Theres a huge PSP library on the Playstation store on the Vita. Almost all of the games on the PSshop of the PSP.

Just so you get notified, if you live in europe, yes you can (valkyria 2, not 3 because it wasnt localised), aslong as you have enough free space on your memory card. I dont know if its different in the US, but i doubt it. You dont need a PS3 at all. Would be dumb if it was the case.
