I'm Sorry, I didn't write that to hurt your feelings  lol or to insult any Sony fans. In my experience Sony a poster relies heavily on emotions over anything else.

Not Sony, maybe Microsoft? There aren't many Microsoft fans here, and generally the ones I've met know what they are talking about. Usually Microsoft fans have more then one platform, so that's probably why they are the best.

Nintendo is kind of a middle ground, they know a lot about Nintendo generally, but not much beyond.

Sony is similar to Nintendo, but often times they praise high volume PS3 exclusives too much, and condone other console base exclusives before even playing them. That to me tell me that they judge before they play, so they really must lack an understanding of games.

However there are exceptions to all 3, and in general, owning multiple consoles helps.

Lol, I don't know who hurt you in the past, but it's a self portrait. Seriously, I made it as a cartoony self portrait. The arcade games in the image are games I've made or are working on.

It really isn't about userbase. I have seen users who prefer different consoles who very knowledgable. One such poster is Zarx who is very good when it comes to PC info. Joeorc is great about various info on patents and business moves in organizations. There are quite a few such users around here actually

But sadly there also many who go and on for pages at times without knowing jack shit. When pointed out they are wrong they will still keep posting essays until the other side shuts up. Annoying as hell
