PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) East is coming up this weekend March 22-March 24, 2013 in Boston and Nintendo is going to make a huge showing this year.  PAX, was created back in 2004, as a means for gamers of all kinds to come together and just celebrate everything that is awesome about gaming culture.  For those attending on Saturday that come by Nintendo’s booth, they will have the opportunity to buy Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity a day before they come out.  A special room will be set up for Pokemon trainers to get their “battle on” with  other trainers and just chat and get to know each other.  For Lego enthusiasts there will be a photo booth where they can get their mug shot taken in black and white splendor and to add to to the roster of bad guys Chase Mccain must hunt down and nab in Lego City.

There will also be 3DS systems to play and a wide range of games.  The games that will be available to play are:

I'm looking forward to seeing The Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Luigi's Mansion 2, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

All I really want, though, is some more Pokemon X/Y Gameplay... ho hum.

Is there gonna be a new demo of Pikmin 3, or is it just gonna be the same stuff we've seen before?

dont get your hopes up, every event showed off same demo. We'll see new info Apr 20 in a japan magazine(new info on SMT IV/Pikmin 3/ another game forgot). Unless a nintendo ditect comes up

A lot of games, but nothing particularly interesting.

Looks like a good line up. First game event I went to was SXSW Gaming Expo in Ausin, TX. I was very disappointed. Looked like they had some game like DOTA on a big screen holding a tournament which took up half the expo. Looked incredibly boring and I didn't even bother with the small Nintendo section. About the only good to come from it was that I got a few street passes and saw some girls dressed up in little gaming outfits for character contest.

Aw, well. It'll only be a couple of months before the game releases anyway, right?

I could swear i heard that Indies were going to show something for Wii U aswell. Either that ot it is at GDC. Can`t tell.

If they are already showing The Wonderful 101, then the game must be close to releasing.

imo should release end of April or in May! Maybe early June!
