Forums - Sony Discussion - Sony dominates Youtube with nearly 27 million hits for the PS4 commercial

I think Sony has found their groove. The world will be talking about it.

I will buy one.

Good I think?

Sony has a lot of momentum going into next gen. I like their new ads. They make their games and console look fun. Much better than the super serious ads they would air in the past that were very boring and gave off a very pretentious air.

I was walking down along the street and I heard this voice saying, "Good evening, Mr. Dowd." Well, I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against a lamp-post. Well, I thought nothing of that because when you've lived in a town as long as I've lived in this one, you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name.

Yeah this ad for the PS4 was one of the best in recent memory.

What I also noticed was that they made SURE that the PS4 logo flashed briefly before the 5sec to skip the usual commercial on Youtube. That was smart of the new marketing team.

I don't know, I fear that in the end this doesn't mean shit.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I dunno, I have not seen a Wii U commercial with anywhere near the hits of this. Not even for the 3DS.
