There actually is an indie game based on slenderman, it's pretty good , a bit simple though, and is good for a few scares.

What I meant was he doesn't originate from video games. His lore was built way before he was in a game

Ahh ok I see what you mean. I just assumed the criteria of this thread was for them to appear in videogames.
