No embargo on this one? Jesus, Nintendo behind the times again. I bet they don't even pay.

I think the deal was for GameInformer to include the review in this issue which will probably reach subscribers within the next 14 days (around the time LEGO City Undercover is released). In the meantime, digital subscribers like me posses anti-embargo powers!

Not impressive in the slightest. Gameinformer inflates scores and you guys can lie to yourself by claiming they are anti nintendo, but that assertion is stupid and false.

Hmm. TT Fusion aren't as good as the main TT Games studio, imo. So it'll be interesting to see how this does.

I hope this game reviews well, though. Every trailer I've seen of the title looks like heaps of fun, it's got that silly inoffensive humour that I really enjoy in games. And it looks like a really solid title too. So yeah, good for it.

If LEGO City Undercover is representative of what TT's B-Team can do, I suddenly have high hopes for Lego Marvel Super Heroes.

Inject it in my blood? NO............inject it in my ass!!!

Seems like a really well-made game, but what about the characters? What's the draw, exactly, besides having Lego in the title? Is this really going to sell well? Although, given the game drought, it just might.

Reading about it makes me want to play it, but most of those this is aimed at won't be reading reviews. I hope there is at least some marketing on Nickelodeon or other channels of that ilk.

Also, Rex Fury is a badass name.

To be fair, this does seem to be the highlight of their work in amongst awful Spy Hunter remakes and stripped down handheld ports.  Maybe all their time was going into this!

Story-wise, Lego City Undercover plays out like a buddy cop movie parody with a large emphasis on pop culture references and light-hearted humor. The game is open-world, hence comparisons to GTA, but puzzles and platforming challenges are the bread and butter much like other LEGO games.

So I believe it's for kids and people who like to laugh a lot.

I'm also confident that they got support from Nintendo and their main studio.
