Final Fantasy

The only games currently set for the PS3 that are of the quality of the above listed games. Also you can't count things like Uncharted or Resistance otherwise the Gamecube gets series like Pikmin and Eternal Darkness.
Oh and Killzone is not a great series as of yet, its first game was mediocre and its second game merely good.

You are right on at least one point here. Some of those games are not big brand. Allow me to remove them, and repost the list. So We have Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Party 9, Mario Kart, Zelda Wii, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Tales of Symphonia: Knights of the something, Wii Fit, Wii Music, and Monster Hunter 3 in addition to other unnannounced games and all of that is 2 games. Gotcha.



Mass Effect, Dead Rising, Halo 3, and more that I am forgetting. You are dodging the point though. Why would a great Wii or Xbox exclusive make less impact that a PS3 exclusive given the games were equally well made and popular?

As an addendum I would like to ask for you to back up one of your statements with some facts. Which games on both the 360 and PS3 are better on the PS3? So far as I have heard every single one released has technical problems on the PS3 but not the 360 making the 360 one the superior game.



Well it is a fact that it costs Sony $400 to make a PS3 by their own admission. It is a fact that they sell it to retailers for less than that. It is a fact that PS3s are sold at a loss.

@Avinash_Tyagi, actually, ALL media was saying that PS3 is DOOMED.

Some people will buy PS3 when GT5/FFXIII/MGS4/KZ2 will be released. Some will buy, when ps3 get 299$ or 249$ price.
Unless you have FACTS, that people won`t buy when all these options become true, there is nothing bad in stating that ps3 will reach 100 mln.

While stating that ps3 won`t reach 100 mln. based on what? On FIRST year sales? or x360 sales? WHY not on PSone and PS2 sales? WHY you ignore PSone and PS2 sales/games-sequels?

Those games coming to PC. PS3 games appeal to BIGGER user base. Playstation Consoles always had BIGGER variety in genres. We speak about 2008-2012 sales. Can you name these games? You know CrazzyMan, i would say your nickname fits you perfectly. I'd also like to correct one thing you said about you: only FACTS don't work on you.
You are trying to say that Mario Party, Mario Kart, Wii Fit, Final Fantasy, Zelda, Monster Hunter and Smash Bros. are all something else than big franchises, and then you give us list of games where most of them are games that no one have ever heard of.

Maybe i try to level with you, but let's try it your way, if you would understand this better:
FF13, MGS4 and GT5 don't help PS3 a bit, since all their fans have moved to Wii Fit. I got proof.
Wii Sports have outsold anything on PS2, as you can see, the transition from PS2 to Wii have already happenend.
Only the price holds Wii back, with Wii costing 50, all who have bought 360 and PS3 will dump them and get Wiis because IT'S THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE MONEY! From 50 to 299 it's a lot more than 250 to 400.
SMG have sold 5 million, so the GTA audience have already moved to Wii.

bdbdbd had earlier in the thread the best arguments against PS3 selling anywhere near those amounts. (and against the argument that WW market will expand to new territories like China/russia/india in a significant way)

Crazzyman, I feel you are biting off more than you can chew. You are trying to argue four arguements at once, are getting flustered and are striking out wildly. Your first arguement is, although possible, isn't likely. The PS3 just doesn't have enough momentum to sell 100 mil :( On you list of "exclusives" you asked how many would also be on the Wii, but you fail to realize that most of them would also be on the 360 as well. Remember this is a 3 console + comp war.
