Not sure about newcomers but it appears that there will be a shitload of old timers playing.  I suppose there has been enough time since playing MH3 on Wii that most are down for this iteration.  I'm pretty pumped for MH4 but this should keep my Wii U occupied.

newcomer to the franchise!!! I'll be joining the hunt, lets all do our parts! Also not sure if anybody mentioned but Capcom giving out alot of DLC Quest, And the best part.......... Its all free!

Ah nice news.  They had a few different "special" online quests on MH3 that would appear when logging on some days.  I don't think they were added after the game was made but were just held for certain days to make the questing a little different for each day you log on.

Some thread for organizing regular hunts, for different time zones and difficulty levels (newbs and good players) would be cool.
