Well I can see what you're implying, but a quick glance at the PS3 chart vs the 360 chart shows that this applies anywhere you look.

there's a lot of COD and sports gamers on both HD consoles, but COD has historically sold more on 360 (the last couple have closed the gap a little bit) and sports titles.  Sony has a ton of exclusives and doesn't advertise them enough but most still get over 1m (Heavy Rain did over 2 with no advertising from what I saw).  That new advertising firm may be a bigger game changer than Gaikai.

There were also more 360s sold at the time, so again this levels out. The 360 chart shows good sales across the board and to imply it's nothing but dudebros is trolling. There is a large contingent on both systems who play nothing but the latest CoD or Fifa, even Sony recognizes this with the 12G slim-slim.

look to my first statement in the last comment I made.  I'm not trolling 360 but the fact that it's been out a year more also explains the better attach rate just a little.  Also PS3 had worse ports cause of cell until 09 or so so people who had both would get the 360 version of a game.

theres going to be a war here when ps3 officially passes 360 but 360 is still ahead on vgchartz! this will be like the last place they have to hold on to. it hasnt passed it in "sales" yet they'll say

Now your just splitting hairs, if they stop having the monopoly and make less profit, when they are struggling as it is at the moment, it would surly enough "drive them out of business"
