They have chains in the US named Book-Off (literally the same store in terms of who owns it and even the logo almost.)

They just don't have nearly as much stuff, and specialize more in books obviously. It's where I go to buy all my cheap Japanese manga, but they do have games and such there too.

How'd you get to take that many pictures? Store-owners never let us gaijin snap too many pics (if any. Me and my friends worked together to hide it) when i was over there.

And why is that?

It's against the law in Japan to take pictures in stores. Some sort of Tort thing.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

That is just not fair.

America can never have nice things like this. :/

Tsubasa Ozora

Keiner kann ihn bremsen, keiner macht ihm was vor. Immer der richtige Schuss, immer zur richtigen Zeit. Superfussball, Fairer Fussball. Er ist unser Torschützenkönig und Held.

These pictures remind me that I need to visit Japan one day.

Incidentally, i bought a Wii from one of these stores, in the junk section for 1000 yen (about $11), listed fault : "Disk stuck inside", got it home, fixed the eject mechanism (someone stuffed a disk in and knocked the mechanism off it's track), ended up with a fully working Wii and Metroid game for $11, it game with the cables and accessories too.

If it was a Metroid: other M disc you should have left it inside where it couldn't cause any harm
