Since PS4 isn't backward compatible, I doubt this will be released exclusively as a PS3 game.

Probably going to release for both platforms, with the PS4 version having upscaled graphics.

i think so too...as we know Sonys history the PS3 will get full support for at least another 2 years...it would be awesome if GT6 really releases this year and also for the PS4...GT6, Infamous & Killzone all for PS4 launch = OVERKILL!!

If this is true, then the guys at poly. are pants-on-head retarded. Never release for a console that is getting phased out.

Phase out? PS3 have three or more years of support yet... it's not Nintendo or Microsoft that drops the previous console support when the new one releases.

For me there is more chance to have a new GT in PS3 before the new one in PS4. Drrive Club just confirm the GT on PS4 will wait a little longer yet.

Like I said the GT4 was released after the revel of PS3.

I'm not sure PD can do that alone and Kaz didn't like to work in games for multiple platforms.

When did support = sales = popularity?

When the PS4 comes out, the PS3 will be dropped by the consumer. Also seeing that the PS4 is out by Christmas and we have seen nothing of GT6, it is clearly going to be launched quite some time after the PS4. This is bad because who wants to dig out their old console to play a game when you could just buy some other new launch title for your new, shiny console?

About the GT6 release in PS4 you can be right but the PS3 will not drop... It will sell better than PS4 for a year at least.

Well I for one find this hilarious.

- This will finally cut off those pesky GT5 legs. So much for people predicting its gonna outsell Halo Reach or anything.

- Gamers allready moving into PS4 hype mode.......the hell is Sony doing pulling a "God of War 2" when it could do far more damage as a PS4 title? Wasted opportunity if you ask me. This will be obviously be blown out of the water graphically by Forza 5 since that will most definitely be a next gen title.

But seriously, I think this is a mistake....because this isn't Sonys style to announce a GT game via an interview.....within the same year of release.
