SOny - MGS was my first reason to own it now its all about Nawty Dawg and looking forward to Quantic Beyond. Tho sony has nothing to do with making the games eh its where I play em

NinTendo - Nobody does franchise like them. Most of us grew up playing the mario gang. Kinda what dissapointed me about sony and crash.

Microsoft - Live is where it's at. Gears Halo Fable Forza and yes kinect.

That being said with PS+ adding more GAMING value than lives ENTERTAINMENT value and SOny coming out with a kinect bashers nightmare lol.... it will be interesting next gen when the my eyekinect is better than your xkinect wars happen.

The plus side more voice command in games

Ummm I'll say that Nintendo really helped make gaming popular, throughout the 80's and 90's. Unfortunately I really have few nice things to say about them since the GameCube.

I favor 360 less though I say good things about the 360 all the time just not MS.

Nintendo games can be fun, I like Mario kart. The N64 is my 4th favorite console after the PS3, 360, and PS2!

Microsoft: Xbox Live keeps most of the kiddies and gangstas away from PSN and NintendoNetwork :P

To answer the question for real now: The strong competition in form of the Xbox360 forced Nintendo and Sony to constantly improve themselves, which I see as a good thing.
