EA just plain sucks. They get monopolies on sports (NFL, NCAA which they just recently had to give up to maintain their NFL monopoly) just so they don't have to worry about competition. When was the last time you saw NBA Live released? Been awhile because 2K completely owns their ass in NBA.

thats because they get a return on it, most probably from emerging markets like the middle east and countries in asia where football is the most popular sport there by far and people get PS2's to play fifa
