Rainbow Bell Adventures is new to me. it looks quite pleasant.

Axelay... I haven't played that in severaI years. I don't know if I've ever even beaten the first stage. I know what you mean about the audio, though. It almost made the frustration it worth it. Almost.

Contra 3 is the same as Axelay for me, except without the oustanding soundtrack.

Mario World, Yoshi's Island, Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2, Turtles in Time, Secret of Mana, Mario RPG, EVO, Secret of Evermore, Mario Kart, Uniracers, F-Zero, Kirby Superstar, Starfox, Super R Type, Final Fight 2, Mario All stars, Earthworm Jim, Chrono Trigger

Super Metroid. Everything else can wait. (Then Earthbound, lol).

Super Castlevania is also great, but don't expect any RPG or Metroid style gameplay, and the platforming isn't as tight as the NES games due to the increased sprite size.

Racing game ? Like the best ever ? With the most awesome soundtrack ?

Rock'n'Roll Racing

Terranigma

This times a million!!

That's 2 for Terranigma. It must be something special. I'm wondering if I should play Illusion of Gaia/Time first, though, as I did make it at least to the halfway point in that game years ago.

The games are in the same universe, but afaik there's no story relation between them.

If you do play it I recommend some patience, the bosses in that game are brutal (unless you do some exaggerated grinding) and like most JRPGs of the time there's some really cryptic shit in that game, good luck beating it without using a guide lol. But overall it's a really amazing game, it also has one of the best endings in any game imo.
