Yeah, I agree. Or make some games cheaper than others. Like Super Mario 3D Land could be 25 dollars on the eShop, since it's already sold a lot and has been avalible for a long time. Same for Mario kart 7

The top ten in general are possibly over 100k or more. My sales estimate is only low because I don't want to over predict. That's the thing about digital sales.

Pokedex 3D Pro is possibly over 300k since its Pokemon, but some may find that hard to believe. Also free downloads of games offered by Club Nintendo are also counted as sales. That could mean 3D Classics: Xevious is over 200k (plus the game has been available for quite some time).

I'm not saying Fire Emblem is over 100k in eShop sales alone, but don't let that possibly out of the mind.

Took forever, but the game has now outsold 3D Classics: Xevious, becoming #8! Next Target: New Super Mario Bros. 2

Note: 3D Classics: Xevious was offered for free once on Club Nintendo as a free download, so whoever got it from there counts as a sale. Fire Emblem outsold that so sales for the title must be incredible. Also Mario is no longer in the All Software Top 20. It was outsold by Pokedex 3D Pro.
