PS4 will dominate because making games will not be complicated. That was PS3 biggest drawback. PS4 also will have best performance hardware wise and their first party games will be the benchamrk not only in consoles but in gaming as well. Nvidia programmer also said this. PS4 graphics can surpass what PC can do.

A very accurate prediction! I think Microsoft have really shot themselves in the foot and their options now are not good. Do they release a SKU without Kinect, and if so at what price? People presume that evening the price with the PlayStation 4 will solve Microsoft's problems, but it will only help. For them to make any ground on the PlayStation I think they need to come in at a price-point BELOW the PlayStation 4's. They are providing an inferior gaming console after all, and so it should be priced accordingly.
