What? Sony is the only publisher who still supports hardcore gamers all around the world by giving us a wide variety of new ip's every year. they don't just rely on their most popular games, They keep making awesome great fantastic games.

Your above bolded statement is seemingly already trying to initiate confrontation.  That established, I wasn't aware that Sony beat me or any other Nintendo fan.

Nintendo is my favorite games company because I believe they have done the most for the industry and (usually) make fun and polished games.  I have plenty of respect for Sony's performance as well and I don't hate them or any other company.  After Bioshock, the Uncharted series was easily my favorite new IP of this generation, for example, and I used my PS3 more than my Wii.

Ironically, I personally see more accounts created solely for the purpose of trolling/flaming attack Nintendo more than any other company - not just here but on the internet in general.  But to quote Dennis Miller, "that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

If I had to pick a reason why Sony bugs me, it'd be because they don't seem to have much of a vision for the PlayStation. I mean, sure, they want their products to succeed. But I never saw much of a vision for the Vita, and haven't seen much of one for the PS3.

You're chasing a phantom amalgamation of different peoples sometimes extreme views & opinions.  Worse you've assigned a mostly innocent group the characteristics of this phantom and demand they explain themselves.

Why do you care if people hate Sony? Let the multi-billion dollar company deal with its image problems.

Personally, I'm apathetic toward Sony. If they make a game that appeals to me, I have no problem going out and spending money on it. It's just not often that they actually do. Same goes for Microsoft pretty much. The only thing that draws me towards the Xbox is Halo.

I'm fine sticking with my combo of a PC/Nintendo console for the time being, but if either MS or Sony come out with something cool, I'm open to buying it eventually.

i challenge you to find FIVE comments of nintendo fans "hating" sony. So far you are working on a phony premise. You cant expect an answer where one doesnt exist.

I said it was silly in my original post, but that's why they don't get my money.  I'd still buy a PS3 sooner then an Xbox though.  Peace?
