Blackberry 10 launch is tomorrow morning. I doubt many people here pay attention to RIM but the phone looks to be pretty promising. I know I plan on picking one up. Anyone else interested in it?

I remember searching up BlackBerry 10 a little while ago but then I left for some reason. Not sure if I got bored or I just didn't like BB10. I guess that means I need to search it up again.

The keyboard for it looks cool, aswell as the timeshift camera and editor for photos. I guess everything else will be revealed tomorrow so we'll have to wait till then.

Blackwho? Too little too late.

I've been holding on to my Blackberry Curve like it's my baby. I will never, ever resort to a touchscreen phone so long as there is a keyboard alternative, so I hope BB 10 goes over well and gets RIM back to respectability.

This is more or less their last chance in the west. I am sure they have good market share in emerging markets but i really hope they get it right to at least continue to have more than niche appeal.

Yeah, back in the day, blackberrys were great, as all phones had email access, but then came the smartphone giving anybody the ability to use gmail, yahoo, whatever and the first nails were hammered into the coffin of RIM

I doubt this will matter.

Unless they have an ecosystem with apps and a real browser... its going to be DOA. More than likely the bad taste its left in everyone's mouth as compared to really anything else out there will make it DOA.

They seem to have strong carrier support worldwide, and this is a completely new experience than the previous BBOS. I think it may win people back but only time will tell.

RIM is dead. They no longer have any significant advantages while they have plenty of disadvantages compared to iOS and Android.
