you guys think they'll patch the c-stick/ccp to OoT? I would certainly like that, and it would entice me to do yet another playtrough

Naaaw I dont think so, there was only one stick on thw original N64 so I doubt theyll add a second one to a game thats been out for quite a few years on the 3DS

So, why is TP so inferior to OoT? I mean, 8 years after, TP doesn't have magic, the story is nothing important in the timeline, less and easier dungeons, less difficult, the final boss battle is not as epic as the other...

Even TWW has magic... Something important as early footage showed it.

Rare 90s Zelda Comic Getting Official Re-release

If you were a Nintendo Power subscriber back in 1992, you probably remember a series of The Legend of Zelda comics drawn by manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori that retold the story of A Link to the Past. But outside of a standalone book for subscribers, the series has been out of print for over two decades.

Luckily, Viz comics is gearing up for a re-issue. The original appeared as a serial through issues of the Nintendo Power magazine before being offered as a standalone paperback. On Ebay, those original printings sell for $40 to $50.

Viz showed off the new cover for the book and a release date of 5/5/15 through a post on Twitter.

With all the exciting Hyrule news, it almost feels like the year of Zelda. We're also getting a 3D remaster of Majora's Mask next month on 3DS and the long-awaited Wii U entry in the series is coming sometime this year. The only thing we have left to hear about is making the Wii entries in the Zelda series, Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, available on the Wii U e-shop channel. Though given the recent press of returning classic games, that seems like a very real possibility.

New Hyrule Warriors DLC available, plus an update:

-New level cap is 200
-Skills can now be removed from weapons
-New potions and medals available
-Loading times have been increased considerably

The last thing isn't mentioned in the update info. I have no idea how they managed to increase the loading times.

Anyway, I am not in the mood of playing the Termina map because I haven't even finished the Twilight Princess map. I plan to start a new file after the last DLC has been made available, then I'll play the game hardcore for the entirety of spring and hopefully complete the game 100% (need a Link amiibo for that though).

How have you found the DLC in general? Fairly priced? Overpriced? Worth the investment? Skippable?

Where should one start off in zelda? I've tried TP in the past but I didn't like it too much, so I never got very far.

What exactly you didn't like about Twilight Princess?

I'd recomend Ocarina of Time or Skyward Sword. You will get everything about the game without the need to play before another one. Twilight Princess is great for fans, mostly, and The Wind Waker will be more enjoyable once you finish Ocarina of Time.

TP has the most boring beginning of any 3D Zelda by far. I remember even having a hard time pushing through it the first playthrough, and I'm a diehard Zelda fan. It does of course get going though, and then it's fine. But you're better off just playing OoT instead, since TP really is just an inferior remake of that game.

I don't think it really matters... TP and SS have looong intros that's quite boring, but if you just push through... But yeah, OoT is a great start! And if you don't mind old school gaming, try ALTTP followed to ALBW.

200? Jeesh, my highest character (Link) is only at level 34 .
