Have to go with gamecube on this one. Xbox had some issues for me after a few years (still works, but I have to pry the disc drive open with a fork when I want to change games...), and the N64 would sometimes have games freeze on me.

edit: mind my Gamecube also has done well. i will say PS3 as i have played that more then any other system probably

My SNES broke :(. It got to the point where whenever the screen went white the screen would keep going up and up and up making it very difficult to see anything. After a while it got much worse and whenever it just got slightly bright it would do that.....We had to put it down :(. But, to be fair we abused that wonderful little machine.
