@bold you talking about the one Stig is working on? They started development once GoW released so they've been working on it for a good 2.5 - 3 years.

Stig Asmussen was the Game Director for God of War III. Todd Pappy took over as Game Director because Stig is working on a new project at SSM which was confirmed by David Jaffe (Creator of GoW).

Announcements for at least 2-3 more first party games in the first half of 2014.

Most launch games over the past couple of generations have been pretty "meh" and don't hold up well compared to games released later that gen. I think we're going to see alot of "crossover" launch games for the 720 and PS4, i.e. games that will also have versions released on current gen machines too like the next COD, EA sports titles like Madden, perhaps games like Star Wars 1313 & Watchdogs as well.  And then we'll see a few exclusives like Kinect 2 games or maybe finally something new from Rare on the 720, and who knows what PS4 will launch with, maybe a new Motorstorm game and something from Insomniac like Resistance 4.
