if it was a profitable franchise i see no reason why koch media shouldn't let the guys work on it like they did before.

5m is nothing compared to the huge world/epicness of Saint's Row. But again i'm ignorant on these things.

Of course there will be a Saints Row 4.

Koch Media would be stupid to not release Saints Row 4. It was in development already and maybe we'll see something at E3 already.
