I predict Yoshi's Island, maybe a first-party eShop game like a compilation of the Pushmo series in HD, and some kind of announcement about the Wii U Virtual Console which for some reason doesn't exist yet.

Also, Bayonetta 2 gameplay footage and more specific release windows for Game & Wario, Pikmin, Wonderful 101, and Wii Fit.
