...  Kwaad, you chose to be a Nintendo consumer and if you don't like how Nintendo does things then you can freely choose to not be a Nintendo consumer.

One point that should be made for those trying to be rational on this thread, how many of those games are even being made by Nintendo?  Many Nintendo games these days are made by 2nd or even 3rd party devs.  Zelda Oracle of Seasons/Ages, Minish Cap, Link to the Past (GBA), Four Swords were all developed by Capcom.  Most of the Mario sports games have been made by Camelot.  Excite Truck was made by Monster Games.  Disaster Day of Crises is done by Monolith.  So not only are these games probably staggered over 3 years, and a good share will never be released, but also many are probably being produced in conjunction with another company.

Better like this and well said.

wii is a joke and its games suck. Its a hype driven fad, you payed $250 for a controller. truth hurts.

These are the kind of statements that should make people offended, not Kwaad's.

Of course less people respond to him, I'm guessing because he's always saying the same thing over and over.  He's not a creative a Kwaad but his message is clear.

Yeah Kwaad is at least good for a few laughs with his petty fanboy rants, sort of like the crazy guy on a street corner rambling about the imminent end of world.  Sad but funny since you aren't entirely sure if Kwaad believes it or just saying what he does for kicks.  Hus goes a bit further into to pure unadulterated fanboy hate, like some insane husk of a human who never leaves his mother's basement.  It's not funny any way you look at it, just sad.

I thought Twilight Princess was one of the best games I've played in years, nothing is going to change my opinion on that. If you want something with more dark and violent theme, go play God of War or Grand Theft Auto. Heaven knows I'd never try to stop you from it, as long as YOU don't try to stop me from playing the games I enjoy.

That's the beauty of an open market, you buy what you want. Whether the games you like reign supreme, do fine, or fall to the wayside, is entirely up to the individuals that make up the market. You do need to be aware, however, that outside of your finances you yourself have practically no control on what suceeds and what fails in the market. All you can do is try to "POSITIVELY" discuss your perspective with other people and cast your own financial vote into the marketplace and hope for the best.

This comment applies to everyone : Berating products you don't care for won't make your own position look any better. If you don't like it, stay away from it. If you hate it THAT much, just ignore it altogether.

Nobody is crazy enough to accuse me of being sane.

Alright, I'm too lazy to read all the post up to this point so I'm gonna ask. What's the argument here? Just from skimming it looks like another attack Kwaad venture. Trust me there's a better way.

You might want to take a look at who started the thread.

I'm aware that Kwaad started this thread and that his threads are usually senile and ready to pounce on any bizzare faults he conjures up with Nintendo. @Kwaad ;)

What annoys me more is how people respond and start attacking him. The best way to deal with this is to leave short posts which are logical and disprove his points. It's fun to debate you know.

There is no point in using logic and reason with them. They are immune.

Not true.  Kwaad will go into more logical debates if you don't call him an ass.

Could not have said it better myself. However, most people believe there opinion is absolute and reflects the majority of people.

I think Kwaad both believes what he's saying and does it for kicks. To bad we can't ask him right now. Hus is hate for wii that's true for sure.

I see it that nothing that nintendo does will ever make you happy, Kwaad. If it bombs, then it sucked to being with. If it sells a lot, then its a fad. If it doesn't have enough games, then it sucks, if it has too many games, then there's not enough *quality* to them. Nintendo isn't force feeding anybody. THE CONSUMER is what drives business. Nintendo wouldn't be making casual-type games if no one was buying them. Apparently the market has spoken. The Masses prefer the Wii over the PS3. But that doesn't mean that the PS3 market is going away. There will be enough people like you who are technology junkies. There will be enough games for both audiences, hardcore and casual.

kwaad actually has good points every now and then.  like this one, it's not nearly as bad as you guys make it out to be.  some of you just instinctively go into kwaad-hate mode.

hus on the other hand... i have yet to see quality posts from hus.  hus feels like a kwaad wanna-be.  he has a lot of catching up to do to reach kwaad's "level"

the Wii is an epidemic.
