I believe those proces and know that the cost for 28 nm is even less.

No but I don't know what kind of contract Sony/MS did with AMD too... if they buy the project then there is no licencing fee but if they get the project to manufacture in TSMC or in-house then there is licencing fee.

yeah potentially...it 'looks' like it has a track pad and biometric sensors or something...but I honestly can't make head or tales of it lol
