Philippe Lavoué, chief operating officer at Nintendo France gave some numbers :

3DS - 950 000 (+24% YoY) (VGC : 667,847)

PS3 - 700 000 (VGC : 686,637)

Wii - 370 000 (VGC : 308,165)

360 - 360 000 (VGC : 369,937)

Wii U - 118 000 (VGC : 107,519) (Wii did 180 000 back in 2006) : 10% are Basic pack, 75% are Premium pack, 15% are Premium + ZombiU bundle. He says "Consumers have looked for the more expensive models." <-- Looks like those numbers are sold and not shipped.

VGC pretty spot on I guess, except for 3DS and Wii who seem undertracked, respectively ~280k and ~60k. What do you think ?

280k is a lot. The 3DS is undertracked by about 30%.

"10% are Basic pack, 75% are Premium pack, 15% are Premium + ZombiU bundle".

This is the most interesting part of the Wii U, people aren't buying the basic set. Nintendo will ditch the basic set before the end of the year. Maybe make a Premium version but in white. But overall the Wii U did ok in France I suppose.

Incredible 3DS numbers and so many games, I might get a 3DS before the Wii U lol.

Freaking hell. Wii outsold 360 in France this year? Quite impressive considering its recent performance.

Also, 3DS is damned huge. Can't believe it's that undertracked in France alone. Something tells me the next 3DS shipments will be something to look forward to.

looking pretty good, though that shouldn't be too surprising. I think we got official France numbers last year too with which we adjusted some consoles.
