Forums - Nintendo Discussion - 3DS/ Wii U Q1 Dates revealed (MH, Luigi, and Lego City)

3DS has a pretty busy release schedule, quite possibly stronger even than the holiday lineup last year.  The biggest disappointment will no doubt be that all of Nintendo's first-party Wii U games (not including Lego City which they're publishing, not developing) seem to have been pushed out of the launch window entirely.  No Game & Wario, Wii Fit, or Wonderful 101 until April at the very earliest.

So no Wii Fit U to "save the WiiU" for a while. The only potential system seller there is Lego, and even then I don't believe it'll do much since such games usually do a lot better as holiday games.

Pre-order numbers look decent for Lego City, no?  Should help a little bit.  Rayman ought to be make a bit of a splash too as an exclusive rather than being on every platform in existence.

Im assuming these are all just American dates? Fire Emblem on Feb 4th for example.

Why is monster hunter bolded? The series is not even relevant in the US.

According to the portuguese Eurogamer, MH 3 for Wii U will be released in Portugal - therefore Europe - March, 22 and there will be a demo for Wii U and 3DS on eshop on February, 21.

Damn, that week in March will be pricey...

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
