Could be, but the word stunning kinda feels like they are talking about something bigger.

They say "world exclusive" meaning the first media to publish info about it, not "exclusive" meaning only for Nintendo harware.

And new can also mean not announced for that platform before...

For all that we know, it could be the RE Revelations port.
