Interesting. I would have expected Windows phone to actually get a significant increase due to the massive Lumia advertising, but instead, only Symbian had an even bigger relative drop.

The IDC predicts that Android will have a marketshare of 44% in 2015.

It's always "next year". So last year, it was "this year", yes.
Anyway, Windows Phone marketshare obviously fell in these 3 months, because for 2 of the months there were no Windows 8 Phones even available. It's not rocket science.
Dec-onwards WP marketshare data will be much more interesting...
