Vita vs Ps4 would be a more viable comparison.

While I think this is one of the single most ridiculous comparisons I've seen in the last while, I suppose I'll toss in my two cents.

I figure the WiiU will obliterate the Vita's numbers until the Vita price drops drastically and until they get some more games. So I'll say 2x numbers.

this isn't even really a comparison. Wii U has already closed the gap to about a million of the Vita's ltd and has already, I could be mistaken, sold more software than the Vita. I dont see that trend stopping anytime soon to be honest.

The real battle is Vita x Wii U in Europe.

ok I went back and checked the current landscape of things and man was my math off big time. Im still certain the Wii U will outsell the Vita this year but maybe by not as large a margin as I originally thought

Wii U is DOA and Vita has been dead for a long time so neither of them will sell anything and both will be crushed by the Oya selling 967x the amount of Wii U and Vita combined.

I think the wii u will out sell the vita. It will catch it in Japan fast.

Not entirely sure where you get that idea from, precisely. DOA would be a console that isn't selling. The 360 and the PS3 began selling around the same time as the WiiU did in their respective years and, during November and December, both consoles appeared to sell slightly lower than or even right around where the WiiU is for sales numbers (according to VGChartz's numbers, at least). They both seem to be doing quite well now. There's no evidence one way or another yet that the WiiU will fail to sell as well as the 360 or PS3 are.

I do want to see the Oya do well also though. heh
