Today at work this lady ordered a cheeseburger. I forgot to add the cheese so i made a plain burger. When she saw it she threw the burger at me!  (I was so tired and pissed today) I threw it right back at her and said "Get the Fu*k outta here you crazy bi**h!!".   My manager saw everything and fired me for that.

Do you think it was my fault or the customer's? Do you think I shouldn't have reacted that way?

I trust no one, not even myself.

Don't want to be a douche, but you shouldn't have reacted like that. She was totally out of line, and you should have asked her to leave, just not like that.

HAAHAHAHAHAH, i would have done the same thing

It was your fault though.. lol

As an employee, you downright deserve to be fired. And with an attittude like that, you better not get any customercentric job again. Your complete lack of respect for your profession is disgusting!

As a person? This is your chance to rise. Don't let others have a chance to throw a burger at you or a manager to fire you again, ever! Shit rolls downhill. Everybody takes it out on the omega dog. So rise above it all. The only view you get for following the pack is the ass of the dog infront.

If you got anger, turn it into action. (I don't mean going postal on them). Work your butt off, get somehwere in life. Come back to this store and thank the manager for firing you.

Its just burger king who cares, jobs like that left right and center everywhere, if you are expected to put up with shit like that and get fired when you dont sounds like a crappy place to work. When i worked at EB games if some customer was being an asshole we would support each other instead of getting rid of each other. But that job was also bad for its own reasons, overall I think your reaction was justified.

I got into a certain situation today where a client is upset at me for the name of an app (I'm an ios developer), but I only made the app and I didn't distribute the app, the name I had was just a place holder. I assumed the distributer would of ask what the name of the app should be before submitting it (just like you would ask the client what screenshots, description, age for the app, ect).

If that ever happened to me I would be glad to be fired, to never have to deal with it again. You should find a job with less customers or none.

hahaha that was funny.. i would have done the same thing, she kinda overreacted over a damn mistake every employee makes.

Bitch thinks because you work there you should take her crap. Fuck that, you did the right thing.

I was walking down along the street and I heard this voice saying, "Good evening, Mr. Dowd." Well, I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against a lamp-post. Well, I thought nothing of that because when you've lived in a town as long as I've lived in this one, you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name.

The customer is always right....Never forget that.
