How do you think XBox 360's exclusive Grand Theft Auto 4 content will effect sales compared to a game that has traditionally been on the Playstation? 

I think that the fact that Microsoft will probably heavily advertise its exclusive content as well as drop its retail price will cause XBox 360 to outsell the PS3 version of the game, even though Sony will also have a price drop and probably advertise it as a Playstation game like they did with Assassins Creed.

Grand Theft Auto 4 first year sales prediction:

XBox 360: 4.5 million

PS3: 3.5 million

I say if ps3 is at $299.99

PS3 will end up with higher sells.

I guess the game will sell better in Europe on PS3 and in NA on X360

Could be very close but that depends how many copies are sold in EU and NA.

Xbox 360 will have the better sales...thats all there is too it,it has acheivements,the DLC.....its just a better buy

some things to take in count :

will there be any technical difference between the 2 versions (frame rate drop?)

what will be the exclusive downloaded content : GTA4.05 ? or GTA4.5 ?

when will the exclusive come ?

what will be the entry price of the 2 consoles ?

IMHO even without exclusive contents they can easily outsell ps3 version.

obviously the 360 will sell more in NA due to 3x larger user base but I think ps3 will take Europe even with its smaller user base.

I also think overall attach ratio will be bigger on the ps3, just like it was bigger with cod4 and AC

the us is just to ps3 hostile.
