There are 4 minis games that you can download from the Sony PS Facebook page. You have to do minor things like click on the "like" button, or on the twitter button (dont need to actually log on) to get the codes. The games are:

Velocity

Wizorb

Breakquest 

Canabalt

Note: The promotion is run by SCEE so doesn't seem to  be available to NA gamers.

Ah yes, bad luck. Went back for a 2nd look and its run by SCEE so would be EU only. Changing thread to mention this.

just bought wizorb. decided to look up all 4 games, and wizorb looked fun xd

got Velocity and Breakquest from PS+ - Velocity is a really good game, Breakquest was quite a fun breakout version aswell, although some of it's 50 stages are boring or frustrating

Yeah same. I had Velocity from ps+. The games arent the greatest but they arent bad either - I spent a few hours on Wizorb.
