This has come up a few times, and I really want to know. Please only respond if this applies to you.

1. Has anyone wanted a 360 or a PS3, but obtained a Wii instead, and now they no longer want a 360 or PS3?

2. Has anyone wanted a Wii, but obtained a PS3 or 360, and now they no longer want a Wii?

My thinking is that these two markets are mutually exclusive. What I mean by that is not that both cannot be desired by the same people, but that owning one does not reduce the possibility of a sale for the other. Just like me buying a new cell phone does not keep me from purchasing a PSP or DS. If this is true, comparing sales between them is moot.

Why on vgchartz? Why? We all know it will all be wii is the best console of the planet. And will rule the universe(No I am not trolling this will happen).

hd does not matter to me, i have my ps3 in glorious 1080i and i only play it for the games.
ps. i have both a wii and ps3, but i only wanted a wii, the ps3 was brought for me, and i'm glad it was
