Handhelds are handhelds and consoles are consoles BUT both are videogame systems built for the main reason to play games, so as a videogamesystem you can compare a handheld with a console!

Certain parties can use it to obfuscate underperformance of products, and those without jobs dependent on the success of aforementioned products can use it as a good old-fashioned milestone which provides a good excuse to pour another 'nog during these festive timez.

Yes counting all Nintendo's they are nearing the 650 million consoles sold, and counting since PS started Nintendo in same PS time frame already surpassed the 500 million console mark.

Then again congratulations to Xbox and Nintendo, especially for Xbox since it is a new entry on the stage wich is allaways more challanging to put an "unkown" brand gaming wise selling good.

What Microsoft did with the Xbox was amazing!

The Console is growing alot and is now know by everyone, Windows 8 with Xbox Services will only help this.

Next Gen will be massive for Xbox, i expect it to be insane.
