I believe it's "Yoy," pronounced as one syllable. (In other words, take "oy," and add an extra "ee" sound to the beginning.)

I know....but I'm of the mind that his name is more of a picture anyways, so capitalizing it changes the name completely.
Well, I just pronounced it i-o-e, it just made sence that way.
Although, it struck me that he may have chosen a name with this kind of confusion around it to stick with the secrecy. Although, I have no idea about what he has to be secret about (excluding sources).
