Hey guys,

Has anyone here played and finished Enslaved?

I have finished it yesterday, and really liked it.

The story is a re-imagining of the ancient Chinese story Journey to the West by Wu Cheng'en, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of China. Unlike the original story that was set in a fantastical version of ancient China, the game is set 150 years in a future post-apocalyptic world following a global war, with only remnants of humanity left, along with the still active war machines left over from the conflict. Like the original story however, the plot revolves around someone who forces the help and protection of a warrior, with many characters sharing the same names and roles. The game's story was written by Alex Garland, with voice talent and motion capture from Andy Serkis and Lindsey Shaw.

The graphics are adorable and the facial modeling was only second to L.A. Noire with nicer graphics. The gameplay was allright but many action games have done it much better. And the bugs where a bit annoying . But I really liked the game overall. And Trip is one of the most beautiful female characters ever put in a game.

You bet against Chris1596, You lose its that simple.

It's lacking in the gameplay department. Perhaps I only played it because Andy Serkis is in it.

Hmm, it was quite decent, not a super game by any stretch, but well worth the money and time it takes to play it.

gameplay isn't very good, it has great art design, story and characters though.

Depending on how much you weight those factors, is probably how most people liked the game.

Yeah, I played through around the time it came out. What I remember most is the amazing presentation, one of the best looking games of this gen. Its one of those games that does pretty much everything right, shame it didn't perform better.

This was always a little questionable, and now that you're using the gif to specifically taunt others in threads you've lost my benefit of the doubt and you can't have it anymore.

Best,

It's one of the biggest surprises, and one of my favourite games, of this gen, and I'm not even mad that I could have got it half price if I bought it a day later since I REALLY enjoyed it.

The art style and graphics were gorgeous, it had some amazing set pieces, the story was top notch, and the ending made me shed a tear, it also has one of the best character teams in recent video game history, Monkey and Trip worked really well together in my opinion, and even Pigsy was pretty cool, lol. The only thing that was a little meh, was the gameplay, it was a little bare, but even still, not enough to make the game any less fun.

It was very underrated and I wish more people would play it, I mean, it's dirt cheap right now!

... Also yeah, Andy Serkis... 'nuff said.

I really enjoyed the game as well. It's one of the few video game stories I will likely remember for awhile.

I should probably add something that reflect my personality and what I enjoy......I'll do it later.

is it on pc or xbxo? if so i will try and check it out

That description kinda describes most adventure games.
